Thank you for your interest in a membership with the Heartland Biomedical Association!
General Information
Membership in the HBA is good for the calendar year in which it is made and must be renewed each year in order to stay current.
We offer two types of memberships: Personal and Corporate. The differences between them and the dues associated with each are outlined below:

How To Become A Member Or Renew An Existing Membership

First Time Members
If you are a new member please Register for a new account. Once you have created an account and logged in, return to this page then click the link below to proceed.
Current or Former Members
Forgot your password? Click here to reset it. Forgot your user name? Your user name is also your email address. Can't remember either? Contact: webmaster@heartlandbiomed.org. You should already have an account if you have been a member at any time since 2012.
